Individual Assessments


Based on a full understanding of your organisation's vision for the role, we conduct in-depth interviews with candidates including psychometrics and / or work sample activities as appropriate. A written report is provided and a verbal summary, with suggested question areas for final interviewers as needed. Feedback for all candidates is also recommended, and development plans for all internal candidates.

Support to define role requirements and competency / behavioural criteria. Training workshops for assessment centre assessors and interviewers. Building best practice selection skills for HR teams and recruiting managers, to ensure a fair and objective process. From new interviewers, through to those seeking more in-depth, advanced interviewing skills. The training content is active and practical.
